Booking a Pitch at Red Bull Ring by Voice and AI Assistant

You can book a pitch with us at Red Bull Ring using voice input: tell Resi in the chat (microphone icon) or your AI assistant—for example, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The assistant checks availability and price, gets your agreement to our terms and cancellation policy (same as on the website), and creates the reservation. We hold the pitch and send you the payment link by email. The booking only becomes binding once you pay—after which you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours.

- Step 1: The assistant reads the events and queries availability by category. - Step 2: It tells you the indicative price. It provides the event's cancellation scale on request. - Step 3: You confirm with a yes that our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply, as they appear on the website. - Step 4: The assistant creates the reservation. The pitch is held for you. - Step 5: You receive the payment link by email and pay on your phone. - Step 6: Payment makes the booking binding; confirmation and invoice follow automatically. For bookings made well ahead of the event, 7 days—with all payment methods. If arrival is close, we hold the pitch for 2 days, then only instant payment methods work, because a bank transfer would take too long. After expiry the pitch is released. If you pay later anyway, we'll check whether it's still available.

Yes, within 24 hours after payment—you get a full refund. This doesn't apply if your arrival is in less than 3 days. After that, the event's normal cancellation scale applies.

- Only dates within the booking window (Wednesday before to Monday after the event). - Sold-out categories can't be reserved—the assistant then gets an error message and can suggest an alternative. - Maximum three unpaid reservations at once per email address. - Cancellations after the cooling-off period and refunds continue to go through our team.
